Leanny H’ng has extensive expertise in Asian markets. She is involved in Property Developments, Food manufacturing and the Energy Commodity Trading with China, Russia, SEA and EMEA countries. She is a co-founder of Northfield Global and serves as Company Chief Executive Director. Her 30 years experience in International Trading has gained her a vast mileage in Oil & Gas industries, leading the Asia Group to a better future
S.K. Chong
Director / COO China
Mr Chong is a professional business developer with more than 2 decades of experience with China and East Asian market. Prior to joining Northfield Global, he worked as an executive director in government-linked companies for China. With his vast experience in the North-East Asian commerce, he is capable to develop new markets for commodity trading in Mainland China. Under his supervision for China, NGL Group forecast his capacity to contribute 50% of Group revenues for NGL in 2021.
Dr Anatoly Miniakhmetov
COO Russia
Dr Anatoly Miniakhmetov is Northfield’s COO in Russia. He sited in Rosneftegaz JSC directorboard before his retired. Today, He brings with him, an extensive network and deep relationships with a host of Russian refineries. Currently he is in charge of all of Northfield’s fuel exports from Russia and is engaged in daily operations from the refineries to the loading port.
Eda Ismail

Ms. Eda has over 30 years of public relations and marketing experience, having worked at several public listed and multi national companies across various industries. Started with properties then ventured into hospitality , fashion and aviation. She has become a subject matter expert in cross boarder collaborative projects including finance and commodities.
In her many years in the industry, Eda has built an extensive business network globally including highly valued individuals and fast-growing organizations. Eda currently holds a position as a COO of Coal and Nickel Divisions for Northfield Global Ltd
Jesmond Chong

(Cambodia)
Mr. Jesmond Chong graduated from National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. After his graduation, he has been working as Managing Director in Paklin Incense Wood Ltd, Singapore for 13 years.
On 2016 He was appointed by Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Army and served as His Excellency’s Personal Assistant for three years. With the solid network and extended network that he gain in Cambodia, he is actively involve in development , finance and commodities trading in Cambodia.
Mr. Jesmond resides in Cambodia for 32 years and currently appointed as Chief Operation Officer (COO) of Northfield Global Ltd in Cambodia .
Vincent Lam

Mr. Vincent Lam has 38 years’ experience of Container Leasing and Shipping Operations Management and was retired from Mitsui O.S.K. Line as Deputy General Manager, Container Division for the Far East Region. Notable is his 10 years as Shipping Operations Manager for an UK Transport Services Company entering HK Container Leasing Market with only 4 staff, to establish the Far East operations network, became a HK listed company and the 2nd largest fleet size in the 1990s.
Vincent’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach. In 2017, Vincent starts the oil trading business and currently in charge of Northfield HK office and its’ subsidiaries CNPC Tong Da Petroleum Ltd.
Nabil Chahda

Mr. Nabil is a multilingual / Multitask finance and strategy advisor and process improvement Business Development consultant with more than 35 years of experience across various industries. He has worked with International Companies as Finance Manager, Group Senior Internal Auditor and Business Development Consultant with large Regional & International companies.
Currently Mr. Nabil in charge of Northfield Europe market and buyers.
Dr. Suliman ALGhaith

Dr. Suliman ALGhaith has more than 38 years of international business experience in executive level that support the achievement of business and financial objectives. Recognized talent for developing and implementing strategies to people and organization to a position of leadership within its respective market and simultaneously achieve corporate goals.
Currently Dr. Suliman are helping Northfield to expand its Middle East network and market.
